A freeze on the loading visuals indicates the .mid files aren't present.

I had another user contact me with similar behaviour and their folder layout was not set up properly. Can you e-mail/PM/post a screenshot of the contents of your upgrade CON (open in C3 Le Fluffie) and/or your input folder layout? Each song should be in its own subfolder in the input folder, and the packager should put them all in the same folder in the upgrade CON.

If the screenshot you have posted is how it's supposed to look, then I see my mistake and can fix it. Let me have a go and I'll let you know if I'm still stuck.

Cheers, let me know how it turns out. :) Note that you don't need to have the "category" folders per se, but each song does need to be in its own folder. The packager is just set up to support subfolders now so it makes copy-pasting the content a lot easier. ;)

Just noticed something while playing The Clairvoyant - seems the upgrade has caused some yellow toms in the choruses to revert back to cymbal hits. Not sure how this could have happened since that particular upgrade only changes the songs.dta, but it might be worth looking into.

That's a bizarre one. The pointer to the on-disc upgrade is still present...

Can you get me a time give or take?

Huh, okay, it's not your fault, it's Harmonix's. I've just looked at videos of the Pro Drum chart and there are some places with missing yellow pro markers.

In this video, you can see yellow toms charted as cymbals at 2:10, 2:18, 2:26, 2:30, 3:44 and 3:51.

Apologies, I naturally assumed Harmonix would have charted it correctly in the first place. Wonder how they missed those.

Yeah, there are a bunch with mistakes like that -- I actually just noticed way down at the bottom of my 'fixes' spreadsheet that one of the submitters (GreenPanda12) was working on a fixed chart for that. :P

Going to be testing a big chunk of the next two (!) releases today. Might be recording and uploading some videos this week/weekend, too, to give you a tease ahead of Friday's release.

We are targeting 15-20 songs with every release, plus the token two RBN songs, so we should be making a big dent in the timeline. If you are interested in helping out with the project -- be it charting or even recording isolated audio -- let me know!

Any plans to incorporate more pro guitar upgrades into the RBHP packs? I'm not sure how much work is involved but I was just looking at the "Pro guitar upgrades for all" thread and most of those look ready to go.

If the authors want me to include them and someone with a pro guitar wants to vet them (columbo has done that for the ones I have so far), I would be more than willing to incorporate them. If you want to be another 'the guy' for that, that's fine by me. :)

So hey remember last time where I had to re-do the keys charts by hand because of some inexplicable crash?

That might be happening again with this one for a reason. :P

Gonna see if I can find a cause first.

Ah, shit. I hope it's not because of my software. I have the right version of Reaper, but might re-install just in case that's the cause. Sorry.

The only things that look like they may cause 'issues' are some minor note overlaps, but I don't think those would cause it to crash on load. I redrew it all, took about eight and a half minutes, gonna test it here in the next little while.

It's definitely a weird one.

I just installed the new harmonies and it put Juke Joint Jezebel under Rock Band 2. Not a big deal but I thought you should know.

Yeah, that's a thing that is happening. I don't know if it's the DTAs I got or what. I haven't had time to screw around and see why.
