These are some sheets I made for collaborative projects that I think would be great. I think the album projects are highly ambitious but the other two are plausible. For the albums projects, I am counting official songs and customs.

The criteria for the albums projects are official DLC/in-game songs and customs that pertain to the recording for said album. If a song/custom uses a different recording than the one featured in the album, it isn't counted. For customs to be included, they must at least be legacy instruments (G/B/D/V) and posted in the database. The lack of reductions don't affect its eligibility.

Once I finally learn how to make customs, I want to try doing this (first the C3 Masters Project). Not sure when that will be, but I will try one day. Hopefully I overcome procrastination and get involved. Enjoy!

Currently, I'm in the process of adding a contributors tab to show the people who made and got involved with the customs.

Oof, thanks for telling me. I think I forgot to copy it and instead pasted the 1001 Albums link. I already fixed it.

I think using "best x songs" lists as an inspiration for customs is a GREAT idea.

Album lists, not so much :D Too big chance that the majority of the songs will almost never be played.

As someone who's currently trying to play through one fully charted album each week as a means of playing new charts and hearing music I may not have listened to before, I would love it if people did more album charts (even if it's just filling in a couple of gaps from albums with 80% done already).
But that's just me.

Now that I think about it, the albums are a bit too much, especially the 1001 Albums project. Not only is it a lot of albums, but some of them may not fit in Rock Band. As for the Rolling Stone's 500 Albums, it seems to be more rock-centric with some obvious choices but I still think it's a bit too much. I'm considering replacing them with a US one-hit wonders project and maybe making a project with top songs of a specific genre (metal, punk, hard rock, new wave, etc.)

Oh! And also finishing up the rest of Nirvana's discography! Studio albums, Incesticide, and the MTV Unplugged album!

Ah but if it is about listening, I am on your side. I totally prefer to listen to whole albums, and I like discovering hidden gems.

In rock bands on the other hand I don't think it's that great idea to chart full albums. Obviously it depends WHICH albums, and there's bands like Pink Floyd or practically all prog bands which concieved there albums as a whole and played concerts around them. But I wouldn't put the same effort on the majority of most bands albums.

It's because I have no idea if a studio version even exists for that song. Last time I searched it up, I found a studio version exists in a bootleg album but I'm not sure if it counts.
