I'm going for more of a hodgepodge from now on since that seemed to help re-motivate me this spring. I looked but apologies if someone has already spoken for any of these. Let me know.

WIP

Incubus - Megalomaniac

The Black Keys - Shine a Little Light

Tonic - Open Up Your Eyes

10 Years - Novacaine

Free - Oh I Wept

Black Pistol Fire - Lost Cause

Royal Blood - Lights Out

I know I said a break from Canadian stuff but I can't resist adding some

Matthew Good Band - Carmelina, Alabama Motel Room

Edwin - And You

Onionface - Golden Lips (Ottawa Rock/Metal)

Glad someone is finally taking on The Tea Party! And a focus on Canadian groups in general!

Would absolutely love to see The Bazaar and Heaven Coming Down.

Nice choice on the Sheriff song.  That's gonna be a loooong vocal phrase at the end, though!

And any Parsons is good Parsons!

(Except maybe "Don't Hold Back"...)

I noticed this song in your list

Sheriff - When I'm With You

I made it back in 2016

Not sure how good the vocals are on it as I believe I did them & I am not good at pitched vocals

July 1, 2019: Finally released Moist - Tangerine and Creature, The Tea Party - Heaven Coming Down and The Halcyon Days, and Wide Mouth Mason - Midnight rain and removed them from this thread.

I'm going to continue to focus on Canadian 90s stuff for now, in particular The Tea Party, so by them I'm adding to my WIP: Sister Awake, Save Me, Fire in the Head and The Bazaar.

July 27, 2019. Good lord it's almost August. Update: still testing some Tea Party songs and they are close to release. Also One More Astronaut is close enough to not feel laughably improbable. I'm nearly happy with the piano for Alan Parsons. But hey since this isn't enough work, why not add some more to my to-do list:

I Mother Earth - Used to be Alright

Luba - Every Time I See Your Picture (because I can't say no to my SO and I am apparently a glutton for pro keys punishment)

Edwin - Hang Ten

Tom Cochrane - Sinking Like a Sunset

Also, it's not a Canadian band but weird that it hasn't been done: Journey - Girl Can't Help It.

WIP (songs at the top are closer to release):

The Tea Party - Sister Awake

The Tea Party - Fire in the Head

Tom Cochrane - Sinking Like a Sunset

The Tea Party - Temptation

The Tea Party - The Bazaar

I Mother Earth - One More Astronaut

I Mother Earth - Used to be Alright

The Tea Party - Save Me

Can't wait for the tea party songs. you could add the messenger on there as the drums are similar to heaven coming down.

in fact you probably could chart just about every track on the tangents album the way this list looks. lol

+1 psychopomp

+1 the messenger

just curious why life is a highway by tom cochrane hasn't been done? rascal flatts is in lego rb but it's not the real deal!

I will likely take a break from 90s Canadian rock after this next batch. I need a change of pace to keep motivated.

Canada Day 2020. Released everything on my to-do list. Yes, I said everything. For posterity, they were:

The Tea Party - Sister Awake

The Tea Party - Fire in the Head

Tom Cochrane - Sinking Like a Sunset

The Tea Party - Temptation

The Tea Party - The Bazaar

I Mother Earth - One More Astronaut

I Mother Earth - Used to be Alright

The Tea Party - Save Me

I could not have gotten Save Me and Used to Be Alright out the door without ChainsawOctopus rescuing my drums charts. Full credits are posted in the Canada 2020 release thread. Also: again this year everyone was extremely helpful. As always. I joined spring 2019 and have spent over a year hanging out with all the cool kids and it has been great. Then for the Canada Day release I got to hang out with the extra-special-cool kids. Thanks to MrPrezident for coordinating. I added a few new things to my WIP.
