A lot of acts have played at Wembley from my knowledge (Muse, Queen, Foo Fighters).
After some quick research, one band sprang to mind: THE WHO.
I doubt I'm close, but The Who played Wembley in 1979 (with a bunch of notable opening acts: The Stranglers, AC/DC [yes really], and Nils Lofgren).

Going off of the last set that I think The Who played there, the only songs from it that we don't already have are:
All of which i think would be amazing additions to the database!

This just came out of my mind while looking at the "Wembley Stadium" Wikipedia article.
This may be a long shot, but maybe its an Ed Sheeran Pack with some songs from + and ÷ (and maybe ×) [because of the Orange & Blue colors] or even songs from the "Ed Sheeran – Live at Wembley Stadium" Live Special. (but I don't know if this may have any relation to an elephant and/or the name Horton other than one line from U.N.I "I forget like an elephant or we can use a sedative, and go back to the day we fell in love on first kiss"]
Also, I don't know if any of the other artists I'm seeing may show any relation atm.
