Thanks a lot for this! Will enjoy playing the whole song in 1 song ( :P ) once I'm able to play.

Permanent Waves is now full band with EMH difficulties!

I did not chart each song from scratch, and the original authors of the PW are as follows:

Farottone, Narutostarwars123456, Puppetz, Drihscol, H3adshot3

Without your work i would not have been able to do this!

All of these songs contain full band upgrades, plus drum chart fixes and CAT EMH

There is a double bass version that i uploaded, if you are having trouble finding that version PM me, the "other downloads" feild doesn't like google drive URLs i guess

So, I was very surprised to see "your customs" to be honest, since as you might recall, I worked on most of the Rush discography for the Rush Rock Band project. In fact I went to take a look and what you advertise as "some of my customs that i have made" are some of the customs that *I* made. Adding lower difficulties or an instrument to a custom does not grant you ownership in any way. What makes this case a bit more bizarre is that you are actually taking the work of an admin of this community and using it as if it was your own. To be clear, you can't take a C3 song, add left hand animations and upload it to the DB as your own with some "thanks to the original author!" credit, it doesn't work like that.

The Rush customs are customs I've made and that sit on my hard disk for a reason, which is having a nice batch of songs I can polish and release when I see fit. To be clear, these are not FoF charts that you have converted, for which crediting the original authors would be the way to go (as I did when I released these), these are CON files that I distributed back in 2013 and that are part of my archive. I'm not gonna ask you to pull these songs because I don't want to take something away from the community but if you want to work on anything from my back catalogue I'm gonna have to ask you to go through me first. If you want to edit the songs for your own use it's perfectly fine of course, but re-releasing something that has been released only duplicates files and takes away ownership from people who spent a lot of time creating the originals. On top of that you are not doing your homeworks: these songs have no pro keys authored but your visualizer pics show that they do.

So, to recap, if you want to contribute something to my songs, you're very welcome. If you want to take songs from my back catalogue, or the catalogue of any author, and reupload them with your name tacked on, no, you need to go through the original author first. I can understand making an exception for songs whose author is nowhere to be found, but I'm one of the founders of this community so it's not hard to get a hold of me.

Not cool, man. Not cool at all.

:sigh:

We like collaboration. We encourage collaboration. It makes the community stronger.

But it's completely fueled by mutual respect.

Please don't undermine that.

yes i sent Farottone a PM.

The last thing i want is to be put on the "bad list" (or get banned etc.) the rush stuff has been put on hold for now.

i don't really know what else to say but sorry, and it won't happen again.

Thank you for Caravan! It's impossible, but fun to play.

The Thursday special! Two Tool Songs from AEnima!

UZGHBks.jpg

http://customscreato.../_/jimmy-r12217

Jimmy! IMO a forgotten song off the record since i don't think they have played it since the AEnima tour, but one of the best songs off the record. Not too challenging, but very, very moody, especially near the end.

8T0yKOR.jpg

http://customscreato...hird-eye-r12218

Third Eye. Might be the best song off the album (AEnema gives it a run though). Early "jam" type songs that "The Grudge" and "Rosetta Stoned" do as well. A great number for all instrument, but especially drums.

That's all for now folks, but stay tuned as there is way more coming!

Thank you all so much for the positive feedback! Also, you could say the next band will "alvvays" be "killers".

The Sunday Special!

Honestly didn't think i'd get these done so quickly, but here they are!

rPwHOaD.jpg

4Ctyyyf.jpg

http://customscreato...iversion-r12264

Adult Diversion by an indie rock group from Toronto called Alvvays! (pronounced "Always")

Fun track, not too difficult, but has a nice upbeat tempo and a great song for your summer. In fact, the whole album is a great summer soundtrack, at the very least check them out. This is the first track off their debut album!

This track also has a rhythm version charted for keys, i have the visualizer for that up as well (if you haven't noticed already)

IOKZdfJ.jpg

http://customscreato...s-that-i-r12265

All These Things That I've Done! Honestly a little surprised this never got a DLC or C3 release. This might be there best song? The whole album is great so get it if you can, with all the outstanding tracks having a RB release of some form (save for "Jenny Was a Friend of Mine", great song). Anyway this is a full band custom with 3-part harmonies and a Pro-Keys chart (yay)! Both of which are transposed off an online source so there may be some inaccuracies, if that's the case just let me know!
