I thought they said in multiple places their focus was on wireless instruments because they're more common and then wireless would be looked at next?

You mean "then wired would be looked at next?"

Maybe, I hope you're right.

Either way I don't even have an xbone/ps4 so it might be a moot point for me anyway <_<

Are people still that attached to their Xplorers? I loved mine for years but then it shit out and I just switched to the wireless WT guitar I had never used. Took me like a week or two to get used to it but now I'm fine with it. Last time I checked, Xplorers were going for like $40 minimum for a used one. Worth it just to move on IMO.

All Guitar Hero 360 guitars cost a lot these days

I actually have like 6 X-plorers, only one of which works perfectly and one more of which is usable.. the others all have little issues, mostly the wire being worn out and severed. Maybe I could repair them somehow, but I'm clueless at that kind of thing.
