Even more fixes to Sandstorm, after having seen a stream of the Hard keys chart.

Keys/Pro Keys

Fixed reductions being inaccurate in the second buildup.

Drums

Fixed the drum intro, adding ghost snares back in after the first drum fill, since I've since learned that that was what was meant when it was first originally reported about.

With this week's release, I think it should be obvious, but I'm back to releasing content via C3. Any future customs will be released there, up until they close the doors. I may not go back and rerelease these, so this thread will be where to find these customs.

This Christmas, I'm giving you...

Okay, it's not really that hard on anything other than keys. Though it should still be fun, especially for keys and drums players.

I highly recommend you play Undertale, because the game is freaking amazing. I also recommend you buy the soundtrack, as it's one of the best video game soundtracks that's been released in years, IMO.

Seeing the quick turnaround after asking about the song's BPM and realising you can make a quick but cool One Man Band video of it...

It fills you with determination.

Ah, cool! And yeah, after I found out there were others interested in the song, I decided to try and get it done before Christmas. Glad to see you're enjoying it.

Decided to try and crunch out another song for Christmas. This is what I could do within a day.

It's pretty much like the other I Declare War song I put on the C3 database, only with more Christmas Vacation samples.

Here's a late-2000's rap song that's great for vocals.

Needed something easy to author to get me motivated again, so here's a rap song. It's great on vocals, though you can probably skip the rest.

Today I give you, something I've been looking forward to releasing for a long while. This is one for the challenge seekers.

I'm getting by these rather quick now. Here's an experimental metal song with really hard vocals, drums, and keys. Guitar and bass are rather fun, too, even if guitar is sparse at times. The song itself has more of a surf rock-meets-breakbeat sort of feel to it, with rather dark, yet silly, lyrics mostly comprised of movie quotes.

Just wanted to point out that, at the very least for me, your 2x bass version of "Complex Terms" is charted as only single bass. Song is still great and perfectly playable, but I wasn't sure if you were aware of that or not. Thanks for the content!

This was an error on my part, sorry about that! I would usually check these sorts of things, only my drum set is AWOL and I live in an upstairs apartment, so can't really play the drums anyway. I'm building a proper 2x Bass Pedal chart now, will upload once it's completed. Thanks for pointing this out!

EDIT: Now it's updated, with the 2x Bass Pedal chart in the 2x Bass Pedal version. The 1x Bass Pedal version has not been affected.

Glad I could help. Although since you did say it was a error and you do intend on having a 2x bass version, I figure I should point out that, at least for me, the 2x bass link to "Complex Terms" is still charted as single bass even though you updated it. I even deleted the original download of the song before replacing it just to make sure I wasn't still playing the non-updated version on accident. Thanks again for the songs, as well as the updates!

Oh dear, that is a dilemma. I made sure to export a separate MIDI with just the 2x Bass Pedal chart, and use it to compile.

I looked and found out that I had actually linked the updated 2x Bass Pedal version in the "main" con link (as in, where 1x is supposed to be). I feel like an idiot over this, but this has been fixed now, the 2x link should be the updated version now.

Thinking back, I probably should have checked the 1x link just to see if they were switched, but I was just a little too lazy. I can finally say that I'm able to play the 2x version though and it's fucking awesome! <3

Thanks for pointing this out to me! I feel rather silly that I had gotten the link wrong :P

Glad to see you're enjoying it now, though!

Skrillex's "Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites" was one of my top-downloaded C3 customs. So because that was so popular, here's moar Skrillex!

Just like the other one, bass is where the main attraction is. This one also has some really cool drum fills, some fun keys work, and a vocal line that's just a touch tougher than Scary Monsters.

This is a nice addition to "Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites". I've been wanting more Skrillex ever since the release of that song. Thank you.

Fun fact, it took me seven tries just to get the venue right. This is one for challenge seekers, and IDK which is more nightmarish, the venue or the drum chart...

Special thanks to Nightmare Lyra for helping with playtesting and the venue.
