Wow I had mykel and Carli for a few hours but took it down because someone might add the reductions.
As for IJTOTLOMD yes it is ready to go. In fact it is my absolute favorite song to play. I've been a huge weezer fan since 94 so I know/love them all. The only album I've yet to do is maladroit because the drums are pretty tough for me to do. I will eventually.

By extracting the MIDI, running it through CAT then replacing it back in the CON. Same for album art.

What I don't get is why Visualizer still shows Expert Only? On mobile so can't check.

Whoops, probably because that info is still on the dta. I did the reductions last night while hammered so I forgot about that :P I fixed it. If you downloaded before, download it again because the one from last night was actually missing most of the files in the con for some reason and I didn't notice.

I see Photograph has some reductions on it, but how does Hard Bass have more notes on it than Expert Bass? In fact, Bass is all kinds of weird.

Has Bass?: .......................... Yes
- Expert Notes: ..................... 443 (3.1 NPS)
- Hard Notes: ....................... 530 (3.7 NPS)
- Medium Notes: ..................... 446 (3.1 NPS)
- Easy Notes: ....................... 447 (3.1 NPS)

Screw it, I deleted the lower difficulties and ran CAT. Should be good.

EDIT: Removed in favor of rolling green's version.

Easy medium and hard are only there via copy and paste so I can author OD and solos.
I probably went back and edited expert without copy and pasting easy hard or medium which is why expert may have less notes. Thanks for running cat again.

Any chance "I Just Threw Out the Love of My Dreams" is on tap?

Just put it up for you. Enjoy! Drums are super fun on this. For those not familiar with this song give it a shot, extremely catchy!

What do you guys do with B-sides? For example, I just threw out the love of my dreams is a b-side of Pinkerton off The Good Life EP. Should the album art be Pinkerton or the EP? I have it listed under the album Pinkerton but it has the Good Life EP album art.

This thread made my day. I'm a huge fan of Pinkerton-era Weezer and I'm happy to get anything new from them. I definitely never expected to be able play "I Just Threw Out the Love of My Dreams" in Rock Band. Thank you so much and I can't wait to play these later this week.

Any more Pinkerton on the way? Or any deep cuts like Paperface or Brightening Day?

I think that typically authors in the past have used the album art and the name of the specific collection that they came from. A lot of the Beatles tracks have been released off of EP's in singles and are listed as such. And when they're released as a true single I think they typically lack anything in the album field. I'm guessing that most people would prefer that you listed the good life as the album source.

Thank you so much for releasing that song! In case people don't know, Rivers Cuomo wrote that song from a female perspective and recruited a female vocalist to sing it. It is much different from many other Weezer songs.

I normally would not put up an unfinished (no Overdrive or solo makers) lyrics by ear and I've yet to test play it but I had to share. This will be released with their new album which sounds VERY promising. Give it a shot, I guarantee if you like old weezer you're going to love this. I will redo foolish father along with back to the shack once the album is released but this should hold us over until October.
Tempo may be off during the intro but once the song starts it should be spot on. Enjoy

Susanne!

:D That is my wife's name, and my ringtone for her!

Visualizer says it's spelled Suzanne, I believe it's with an s. Not a biggie, I can edit it, but thought you should know.

You're right. I'll fix it on Monday when i get back to my computer. I'll have to try it out because I must have changed the name for a reason. I believe rockband would not see the con file. I know holiday had an issue too and I had to replace the "o" with a "0". But in the lyrics it should be spelled susanne

I don't want to sound ungrateful or anything! This thread is a massive treasure trove for me, and I suspect, a good few Weezer fans. :D

As long as you are editing, you might consider changing the album to whichever single it was released off. Again, no big deal, and thanks a million - this thread is all that I wanted in the world. Woo ooooh.

A better way to fix that is to change the Song ID in Magma and change the name of the RBA/CON file itself (for example to "SusanneV2"), it's important song name and artist name is correctly portrayed in-game
