There are 3 things that Al will end his albums with:
*A really long song
*A really dark song
*A polka medley
This definitely falls into the dark category. One of the most dark and violent songs Al has ever made, this is the story of a man fondly remembering his childhood. He thinks back to the first time he murdered a shop owner, and his time with his homecoming date, which went well until he abandoned her in the desert. He doesn't regret it, he just sees those horrible acts at part of growing up. It can be very funny, however it may be too dark for some. Al described the song: "That was another experiment. I wanted to see if I could write a song as if Charlie Manson and James Taylor were collaborating."

"Truck Driving Song", a detailed account of a truck-driver working, while at the same time worrying about their clothing and makeup, is a style parody of truck-driving country. While writing the song, Yankovic listened to C.W. McCall for inspiration. The lyrics begin with begins with a flurry of macho truck talk, with the singer singing in a voice deeper than he’s ever attempted before about his “diesel rig” being “northward bound” and it being “time to put that hammer down” on the “twenty tons of steel” in his truck. Ah, but our country crooner isn’t just devoted to the open road and the grubby romance of the trucker lifestyle. He’s equally devoted to cross-dressing. In that respect, “Truck Drivin’ Song” is an homage to Monty Python’s thematically similar “Lumberjack Song.” Both toe-tapping ditties glean laughs from the incongruous juxtaposition of an almost cartoonishly manly profession (lumberjack, truck driver) and decidedly unmanly garb. Al has never sounded more conventionally masculine than when singing about crotchless panties, feather boas, pink angora sweaters, mascara, high heels, nipple rings, rhinestones, sequins and chiffon. Al recorded the vocals for the song first thing in the morning, when his voice is naturally lower in pitch.

Oh heck, I just realized Too High gives album sorting to Innervisions!

what do you mean?

I mean that if you own the officially released DLC songs "Higher Ground" and "Living for the City," that they, along with your custom should make 3 songs from that album, the number that appear album-sorted in game.

It's not a big thing, but I like seeing it.

There is a real embarrassment of riches with drum customs today. Awesome to see more from Bruce and Stevie, even if it's not stuff I'm familiar with.

Great update. Mastodon usually never disappoints on drums. I already had a custom of Capillarian Crest but don't remember if it had pro markers or not. I know a few of the Mastodon customs I have doesn't have pro markers so will be great to get rid of them with your versions.

Is the guitar chart on capillarian crest a new creation or a convert from an old chart?

I have a guitar/drum custom of it already, and I only want to play guitar, and I'm not sure if they're two different versions or you only changed the drums or something

circle of cysquatch doesn't seem to work, says the song data is unavailable/restarts the session. maybe that's just me though

the part before the solo in crystal skull with scott kelly is charted wrong but that's just a fanboy complaint, i doubt many will notice or care :). nice work though man, it's especially nice to have a single pedal version of capillarian crest since I'm still stuck with just one

I updated the drums to pro and 2 pedal. The guitar is untouched

circle of cysqatch is messed up. I had it working in single pedal but now its not. I'm going to work on it. I'll take a look at Crystal skull. Accuracy is paramount :)

it's not too off, just missing a bit of accuracy on the toms. there's a vid on youtube of brann playing it, at the start here

also shows him playing capillarian crest's bridge which is badass as hell

Thanks for the great new stuff. :) One quick thing: please don't use the Convert badge for conversion from customs, that badge is intended for songs converted from other official games/releases. ;)
