  1. Basically, I run Rock Band 3 from a USB Loader and an ISO - I would use the disc directly, but my console always shoots out an error upon loading it. However, this has caused me to consider the idea of directly modifying the ISO to add/change album art for songs that either don't have them (Radar Love, I Got You) or songs that have inaccurate art (Whip It, Outer Space). However, I've been unable to access the contents of the ARK files within the Wii ISO, even after using ARKTool and ArchiveExplorer, and am at a point where I'm unsure if what I'm attempting is even possible. Is there a way to m
  2. To begin, I have a custom song that has too many channels, thus causing it to lag on Wii. If I could remove the crowd channels, the game should be able to run it just fine, but due to encryption on the mogg, my only other option is to use the phase shift converter from C3 to downmix it to stereo. However, this embeds the crowd audio into the entire song, thus making it sound staticky and hard to listen to. Do I have any other options here? Can I just edit the dta to ignore the crowd channels or would I need to rebuild the custom on my own with my own audio? Thanks for any help.
  3. Okay, so here's my problem: I know that you can use the very old RawkSD to get it working. However: This only works on the Wii, not Wii Mode on the Wii U (vWii).RawkSD 2 requires a patched IOS 37 and a System Menu downgrade to work.RawkSD 3 doesn't require a patched IOS or downgrade, but the time on the Wii must be set to sometime before January 2012.I am trying to get Rock Band 2 customs working on vWii. The process has been very hard. I'm sure I built the custom correctly, but RB2 doesn't see it on my SD card. I built it just like I built RB3 customs using StackOverflow0x's guide, making s

  5. Hello so I'm getting Into RB3 Customs on the Wii Version. The problem I'm having Is getting the customs to show up In the game. I've followed the Wii RB3 Customs tutorial step by step beginning to end word for word. When I put my Sd Card Into my Wii and boot up the game. It proceeds to load then It ask me something along the lines of If I want to use the Sd Card at which point I click yes. It says please wait then the menu comes up at which point I select my profile then nothing happens. I believe after selecting your profile In the top left It's suppose have that window you know like "loading

  7. Hey guys. I follow the forum for a while but only now I decided to create an account. I'm with a problem on my RB3 on Wii. I have official DLC and custons on my SD Card, but I can't put more customs on this. Sometimes the problem is with RB3Wii DLC Packer, sometimes the DLC Packer creates the files sucessfully, the game shows the songs on the list, bot not play it. My SD card have these folders: sZAE sZBE sZCE sZDE sZEE sZFE (customs folder) sZGE (this folder it's empty) sZJE sZKE sZLE All the folders (except sZFE and sZGE) have official DLC. I apply sZGE.wad file on my Wii yesterday tr
  8. I would like to know if anyone is interested in making customs work for the Wii Mini now that an exploit has been found?
  9. Okay, to describe my problems more thoroughly, I should note that I'm not the one having this problem. Let me explain. As some of you here on C3 may have found out already, I distribute custom song software on my GitLab repository Rock Band Customs -- Wii and vWii linked in my signature (some of which I found from people here). I chat with some on GBAtemp and Discord. To guide people step by step, I use Discord. Unfortunately, with at least two people, my customs are not being seen by their systems. In fact, Rock Band 3 doesn't even detect an SD card at all! Yes, they've followed my guides t
  10. Since I've downloaded a lot of songs for Christmastime, I thought I'd give back to this community by editing songs that are missing parts (mainly vocals since I use my Rock Band like a Karaoke). The Glitch Mob, Mako, and The Word Alive - RISE Since this is one of the few times I've charted everything by ear, let me know if anything can be improved. I'm also trying to figure out why the Venue camera seems to be stuck zoomed out on the crowd, so if anyone can help fix that, that would be great. v1 - League of Legends Worlds release Reggie Watts - Fuck Shit Stack Beatbox charted to Bass and
  11. Are Wii owners screwed? we didn´t get DLC (4) and later releases so we can´t buy them oficially and C3 won´t allow a 360 owner to post those song files in here
  12. Alright, so I'm new to this forum, and I've followed StackOverflow0x's guide on compiling RB3 customs for Wii. I have made my own custom and downloaded another custom from the database here to use on my Wii, compiled them with the RB3 Wii Pack Tool, and put the BIN files from both songs in the ZFE folder on my SD card. I cleared the cache on my Wii (the MSTORE.vff) and I loaded the game. Once I got to the main menu, the game went through loading all of the songs, and would load all of my official DLC fine, but when the game got to the custom songs, it would display an error that said that the
  13. Hey there! As a pet project recently I had been charting "Reality Check Through the Skull" to play with my siblings before I leave for college come this Thursday. Unfortunately (no surprise) I bit off more than I can chew. After two days of reaper freezing my computer and crashing, I finally managed to finish charting it, only to drown in the apparent complexity that is Magma. I've been getting a lot of error messages when I test and I frankly am not well-versed enough in Rock Band to even stay afloat. Point is, I'm out of time. Between packing and tying up loose ends I can't fiddle with i
  14. Hello I have a question, and i admit im a lot worried because i was downloading wii customs from C3. So, Whenever I open the link from C3 database: http://db.customscreators.com/ It redirections me to the new c3 site... i hope the database will be back soon...
  15. My Wii is what I use to play Rock Band with customs, so I have been a little nervous about the Wii to Wii U transfer. From what I have read, I can make a nand backup, do the transfer, then restore from the backup, and I will still be able to play customs just fine (on my Wii). I was curious if anyone has tried this, and whether or not it was successful.
