This is a medley of Big Swifty and Waka Jawaka title track. "Big Swifty" is one of the jazziest tunes Frank Zappa ever wrote. The head is a highly complex and tightly written melody. It includes figures in 3:2 (three against two) and even some 7:2.

The title track from the 1972 LP Waka/Jawaka is a gorgeous instrumental piece. More extensively orchestrated than the jazzy "Big Swifty," it features numerous trumpet overdubs. The piece is driven by a strong, uplifting, easy-to-remember melody which builds up, recedes to make room for solos, and comes back modified into a heavy half-tempo variation for the finale, replete with tubular bells.
