Author Notes

Complete overhauls to all instruments have been made, guitar, bass, and vocals by me, and drum by AJFOne23. Audio has been replaced with the remastered version, album art updated to the remaster, and venue added, courtesy also of AJFOne.

Guitar is no longer overcharted to the point of insanity, with more accurate solos, especially the intro solo, and very few, if any, chords in the fast riffs. The chart has been updated completely to the modern standard, and is difficult still, for the right reasons.

Holy crap that guitar is over-charted. This is a difficult song already, but I feel like if Harmonix authored it, they'd tone down some of the crazier things, like the insane HOPO sweeps that are in every solo. The one thing that pissed me off while playing above all was how the main riff charts something along the lines of R, R, YO, R, R when it really should be charted R, R, RO, R, R because the song goes at such a blazingly fast pace that it's cruel to ask the player to hit that separate chord in the middle of the string of R's. Stuff like that permeates the guitar chart, and it really makes it miserable to play.

EDIT: Also, I'm not sure which version of the audio you're using (original or the 2002 remaster), but either way you may want to consider using the remaster's album art (used on Farrotone's Mechanix custom) just because it's 1000x better quality and in-line with Dave Mustaine's original intentions for the album art.

Although this comment was over a year ago, it should still be addressed. This song was released before Mechanix, which is why it has the original album art and not the C3 one.

The guitar is without a doubt overcharted, probably the most overcharted song that I've ever done, please don't look for any other examples to prove me wrong about that claim. Hopefully by the time you read this, the chart will be fixed, since it's cringeworthy for me to look at in its current state it belongs in the Charting Hall of Shame, if there is one.

The new version should have no chords in the fast riffs, much more accurate solos; virtually everything besides the basic riffs before the speedups was recharted. Bass was also recharted, although not as nearly as much needed to be changed, but it's mostly for consistency's sake.

Hey, we can't all stay up to update songs at 4 AM EST.

Hooray!  Love the song, but I didn't enjoy the last version of the chart.
