This is one of my first songs I've heard from Tonight Alive. In fact, some people on the forum requested songs from that band. So I hope can I help with this one. :D
This song was the only one from all the soundtracks of the Spiderman movies that has to do with the movie. Even looks like it was composed by Gwen Stacy.
Guitar charted by Anthochamberland, drums charted by Thespike, and the bass and unpitched vocals are done by me...
