Author Notes

I first heard this song in The Mindy Project and instantly knew I needed this song in my collection. It has since been grabbed and thrown into a lot of television series' as the lyrics are emotionally driven and can fit a scene pretty well.

Rock Band wise, you'll find it pretty repetitive. Surprisingly, the drums are fun, although very slow at first. Once it gets going, you're on a constant kick drum ride with toms along with it. Vocals are easy, but are the reason to play this one. Lower registry and no power chords, you'll find it's a great palette cleanser between songs.

Hope you enjoy!

Any National is amazing. And that's one less song for me to eventually work on! Thank you :)

Thank you so much for this, awesome choice!

Any additional National tracks are so very welcomed.  It is pretty exciting to consider there may be more in the pipeline, tentatively.

Thanks so much for adding some of The National on here.  They're so important to me for reasons I won't get into here, but any tracks are always appreciated.  Saw them at Red Rocks when it was nearly snowing last month.  Hoping we get Terrible Love, Vanderlay, Fake Empire, and Santa Clara someday.

As a fellow musical soul mate, I understand what you mean and am very glad I could help bring more here. Although I have no plans at the moment to work on more, I do know that there is a lot of interest among authors to bring more of their music to the db.
