Author Notes

An unlikely New Wave hit, Rough Trade's "High School Confidential" was controversial upon its release due to its frank discussion of lesbianism. In fact, the radio version bleeps out part of the line "It makes me cream my jeans when she comes my way" (you can probably guess which word gets the old heave-ho).

In terms of difficulty, this one's not much of a challenge on any of the instruments. Nonetheless, it's definitely fun to play in a party setting, especially if your party features a bunch of Canadians who are familiar with the CanCon hits of yesteryear. Enjoy!

UPDATE #1 (February 27th): More and better harmonies (thanks to MrPrezident)!

We'll have to get our jean jackets on for this one.  Nicely done!

And, to quote Krusty the Klown, a "shoebox full of blow"...

Guitar?

There's no guitar in this song. Just bass, drums, and keys.
