Thanks.  Long time STG fan, which is probably why I never liked this album, but I'll take it. ;)

It was the only one of theirs that fit with my Halloween theme, but I plan on doing some more of theirs (mostly from We Are Pilots and III) later on down the road

Thought the drums were really fun and felt right to me when playing, which is based on what I could hear while I was banging the pads during the music. If it's off, it certainly didn't take away from the enjoyment.

Great song, and great album.  More from season of poison (when will this storm begin/blown away) or we are pilots (dont cry out) please!

I'll add the two Season of Poison tracks to my list, but I'm pretty sure someone else claimed Don't Cry Out a while back

Vocals! Huzzah! Thanks!

Still concerned about the large file size, though. I'd wager it's related to the filler tracks.

Large file size? How do you mean?

The CON is at least twice the file size it should be. You'll have to ask an author familiar with Magma, but I suspect that the program thought the song was multi-tracked when you compiled it and has tracks of no actual data taking up space. If you ask a more experienced author, they'll know what I'm talking about and will be able to shed some light on the issue :)

This complaint over file size might seem petty, but as a Wii user, file size matters when it comes to how we pack our songs. Ideally it's good for us to keep them under 8 or 9 MB so we can pack 4 songs into one file. Only really long songs or multi-tracked songs ever go over 6 MB or so and throw a monkey wrench into my organizational structure.

Oh, that! That's due to the Audio Quality setting in Magma. Some older customs I did build around the file size you mentioned, but I had gotten a couple PM's about them having notable compression issues in game despite the source file being lossless. I raised that setting and it fixed their issue, so I've been building everything since with the higher setting in case that's been an issue that nobody else had mentioned.

But comparing it to the few multitracks I've downloaded, it seems much lower than them, filesize-wise. Most seem to be ~30mb or so. Either way, I can pump out a smaller one and throw it under additional downloads or look into making Wii versions for this if you'd like.

Far be it for me to interfere in the enjoyment of your customs by audiophiles. :smug:

Nah, don't worry about it. I can make it fit somewhere! But I really do appreciate the gesture. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't an artificially inflated file size. I will pretend it sounds really, really good... coming from my Wii's hardware
