Author Notes

The 'Smilin' Buddha Cabaret' was a supper club in Vancouver, BC from 1953 to 1993, and was famous for its massive neon sign, one of the most detailed and intricate pieces of neon signwork to be found in all of Canada.  "Smiley's" was unique in that it was granted a special license to operate one hour later than most other bars.  The band purchased the sign when the restaurant closed, took it on tour across Canada, and later donated it to the Royal Vancouver Museum where it still sits today.

Another song I've never heard until just now that I totally dig. Downloaded! Thanks!

Agreed, great song to play!  Thank you

If you haven't already considered it, another 54-40 song I'd love to see is One Day In Your Life

Looks simple, but fun (for drums)...thanks.

Possible drum corrections:

I noticed that @ 3:11, the four-snare roll there should instead be a single snare, space, then TWO SNARES, not four in a row (removing the 2nd hit there, just like the next roll sequence is after that),

Then @ 3:22 the opposite is true, should be 4 snare hits, not the 1 + 2 that it is now    :-)

Finally @ 3:31-3:32 you have a snare and hi hat together hitting twice in a row, but I only hear the first hit, not the second set....

just a FYI! Hope some of that helps, assuming the video preview is accurate of course...

Thanks for the feedback.   Rather than take my usual two years to update it, here's v3.

Cheers, cleverest!
